1. Acceptance of Terms

By texting Tally or using any Tally services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe.

2. Description of Service

Tally is an AI-powered personal assistant that communicates via SMS. It provides calendar management, reminders, email summaries, home maintenance advice, product recommendations, health data summaries, and general assistance.

3. Account & Access

Access is granted by an account owner adding your phone number
You are responsible for the security of your phone and phone number
One phone number per user account

4. AI-Generated Content

Tally's responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy:

Responses may contain errors or inaccuracies
Product recommendations are informational, not professional advice
Home maintenance suggestions are general guidance - consult licensed professionals for specific work
Health-related information from Oura or other integrations is not medical advice

5. Messaging & Costs

Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply
Tally may send proactive messages (briefings, reminders, alerts) that you have opted into
Text STOP to opt out of all messages at any time
Text HELP for assistance

6. Affiliate Links

Some product recommendation links may be affiliate links. Purchases made through these links may generate a commission for Effluent Labs LLC at no additional cost to you. Recommendations are never influenced by affiliate relationships.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Tally integrates with third-party services (Google Calendar, Gmail, Oura, etc.) that you choose to connect. These integrations are governed by the respective third party's terms of service. You can disconnect any integration at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

Tally and its underlying technology are the property of Effluent Labs LLC. Content generated by Tally for your personal use is yours to keep.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tally is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Effluent Labs LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: inaccurate information, missed reminders, integration failures, or service outages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may stop using Tally at any time by texting STOP. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
